Who processes the data

What data we process, and where it comes from

We process only the data you send us yourself, through the contact form, by e-mail or by telephone.

The contact form collects:

• your name;
• the name of the company;
• your e-mail address;
• your telephone number, if you provide it;
• the turnover band, if you select one;
• the content of the message you write.

For what purpose, and on what basis

We use the data solely to answer you and to prepare the conversation you have asked for.

The basis for processing is our legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry you have sent us, and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

We do not use the data for profiling and we take no automated decisions concerning you.

Who we pass it to

We neither sell nor rent personal data.

The data may be processed, strictly for the purposes above, by our technical service providers: [TO BE COMPLETED: hosting provider, e-mail provider and, if used, our own client relationship system]. All are bound by confidentiality obligations.

How long we keep it

Security

The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection. Access to messages received is limited to the people who need to answer you.
